Tabby Tuesday

It is hard to be a puffy cat in a house full of Meezers.  Ichiro jumps on me just because he can sometimes.  Momma is very proud of me when she sees me sit on my back legs and puff up and swat him!  I am glad that she is not mad that I have to do that sometimes. He is a little poop.

The other day he kept patting me on the head with his paw.  I did not want to play. I look at him and then I turned and yawned.   I do not know if he got the message.

He is a piggy too.   Cheysuli used to be like that.  Now Momma has to put him in a room so I can eat.  I do like the new foods she is getting.  It is good.  I hope she keeps it up.

Mini Mancat Meezer Monday

I love my sparkle balls.

I love to torment the other Siamese.  She growls at me.  But I just play.

The other day I sat on her and fell asleep.  She moved and laid on me and went back to sleep. I was happy.

Then today she attacked me.

Find Chey’s Find Chey Friday Post

Okay so what is the Woman’s excuse this week?  She was supposed to have artwork to show off and auction but she’s not happy with it yet so it’s not ready.  Of course she’ll never be happy with it, but that’s just her.

You know it’s an excuse…so what really happened to me this Friday?  Don’t worry after BlogPaws, we will be back to a regularly scheduled Find Chey Friday!

Wordy Wednesday

Cheysuli has kindly allowed me to take over her blog to tell the people asking about the Animal Communicator.   I went to see Polly Klein at Tonglen Healing Arts.  Chey and I were able to visit in person but she does do remote sessions.

When I made the appointment she emailed me an intake form and asked me to send it before I came.  Part of that included questions I wanted to ask Cheysuli.  When we arrived for our appointment, she met Chey and I at the door.  I sat and chatted with her initially.  Chey was allowed out to explore the office, which included a bathroom area.  Chey hid behind the toilet.   Polly talked to me about what I called Chey about our life a little more completely.   Also she clarified questions I had for Chey, so she asked the right thing.  For instance, I asked her what she liked to eat.   Polly wanted to clarify if that was a flavor or if I were thinking of dry or canned food.

Then she settled in to talk to Chey.  I went to use the restroom.   Chey immediately started to squeak a bit and then she followed me out of the bathroom and explored a bit more.  Polly told me at the end of the session, when we talked again that she had talked to Chey about what this place was and told her that it was a safe place for all animals.  It was safe for her to come out.  Chey wanted to know what went on there and Polly explained that it was so they could talk and then she would let me know what they talked about.

Cheysuli was quite worried that Ichiro is here for me–she is worried he will take part of my attention away from her.  She was much appreciative to learn that he is there for my husband. Unsurprisingly, she thinks my husband is beneath her and so is Ichiro, so that is good for them to be “for” each other!  Her illness seems to be all stress related and Polly could feel all of that even when they talked about Ichiro.  I found it interesting that when Cheysuli was asked about Georgia (in case she didn’t want to bond for fear of that loss) her response was, “He is NOT my Georgia.”  Gemini is separate but equal with her and there didn’t seem to be any ownership there.

We are using a Vi Miere flower remedy called family for use when there are family issues.  This is a non alcohol based flower essence that you spray in the air above the pet or on your hands and then rub them together and rub the cat.   I do not know that this is working greatly but I think Cheysuli is getting more relaxed–although she still seems to want to fight Ichiro.

I asked if Chey had anything else she wanted me to know.   She asked Polly what I did when I went away during the day.   Polly had to ask me what I did and she explained to Cheysuli and Chey seemed satisfied by that.  She said she doesn’t worry that I won’t come home when I go away–she is very secure in that.  Her big issue is that Ichiro is in her territory and she does not wish to share me.  But she might be willing to accept that he is there for my husband(those lower creatures!).  She doesn’t particularly like my husband because he takes my attention from her sometimes, but she realizes he is not going anywhere and she can live with that.

Tabby Tuesday

Well, I have to have a bath.  My furs are a bit messed up.  After all I had that drippy eye. Probably because I was working so hard to take care of Cheysuli.

I am getting more rested now.

Momma got some Feliway and puts it on my chair so I don’t claw as much.  She also got a flower remedy for Cheysuli and Ichiro (and me maybe too).  We will see.  You just spray it in the air around us or she can spray it on her hands and pet us with it.   I do not know about this.

Cheysuli sat on Momma’s lap after she came back from the animal communicator and then Ichiro slept at her feets.  I don’t think Chey liked that a whole lot but she seems like she is getting more relaxed.  I hope so.  I do not like it when she gets mad and whaps me.

Mini Mancat Meezer Monday

Look at me!  I can blog!

I can do lots of things.

And that  big Meezer hates me hates me hates me she does.

I don’t care.

Sunday Guest Star: The Meezers

Was anyone really surprised after reading the responses that the Meezers would be the winners? Really?   I don’ t think so!

At any rate, if you missed it, here is what they said,

what’s in chey’s stomach that would pop out if we unzipped her?
12 fishy flakes
11 crunchy kibbles
10 soft treats
9 picnic hams
8 quarts of soup
7 flying insects
6 baby back ribs
5 fuuuuuuuurrrrrrr balls
4 canary feathers
3 french toasts
2 chick-hen beaks
and a big green gaaaaaaaaas cloud (poot poot)

or maybe some alka seltzer…………

Ya know, maybe that’s because Miles knows about things like that.  I’m not sure!  I had some great answers and hopefully the Woman get that photo of me printed out and then can do the artwork and we can have folks commenting on it next week (but you never know).

Gemini and Ichiro did well at their vet visits and nothing was necessary to send home, although we can call if anything is needed.  I go to see an animal communicator on Monday.

Find Chey Friday

It is me, Gemini (ahh choo). I have a kitty cold. But I get to introduce this last different Find Chey.  Soon we will be back to a normal Find Chey but it might be after Blog Paws (although it could be sooner–it depends)

At any rate, this weeks Find Chey is to suggest things that might have been found in Chey’s stomach–or what would you expect to fall out if you unzipped her zipper?  You know–like ham!  Or a piglet.  Or Ichiro… We will feature the cat with the most creative answer.

Momma may use your ideas in some artwork, which she will auction off (when it is done) to help pay for Cheysuli’s vet bills.  And the animal communicator.  Sigh.  And maybe even my vet bill for my (ahh choo) Cold.   Momma is taking me to the vet today (and Chey gets her sutures out and Ichiro is also sneezing so we all go!) and so maybe the artwork will at least pay for this visit!

Have a good weekend!

Thankful Thursday

This week, Kate, who is the Mum of our friend Eric who went to the Bridge last week, sent the Woman some gifts.  There was a great toy for me… er… Ichiro or whomever.   Ichiro seems to be the most interested.  The toy is behind him and you pull the string and it moves.  He is apparently standing on the pin…

The cards are gorgeous and the Woman can’t wait until she can wear the pin.  Of course, first she has to have patients to go out and wear it.  It’s been slow again.

We would like to thank her for those lovely items. My human, uncivilized person that she is, didn’t think of giving gifts when meeting other cat bloggers.  Sigh.   How did such a person get a cat like me?

At any rate, I should like to thank everyone for the purrs.  Now could you purr me some more fishy flakes?  The Woman has this idea that she needs to wean me off of them to eat more real food… Sigh
